1. Where are you shipping from?
  • We ship all orders from Montclair, California.

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, Mon-Saturday. If an order is placed by 2pm PST, the order will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PST Mon-Sat, the order will be shipped next business day.

3.When should I expect my order to be delivered?

  • US orders: Delivery is 1-3 business days from the date shipped.
  • International orders: Depending on the shipping method, delivery is up to 21 business days from the date shipped.

4. Can I change my shipping address?

  • You may request to change your shipping address if and only your order has not yet shipped. However, if your payment method was via PayPal, your shipping address cannot be changed. In order to change your shipping address you will have to update your shipping address on your PayPal account and place a new order with the updated information.

5. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you may request to cancel your order if and only your order has not yet shipped. Please email us at support@2ndtononeco.com

6. Do you accept PayPal?

  • Yes! We are PayPal verified and accept payments via PayPal.


7. My order got cancelled right after I placed the order. Why was my order cancelled?

  • We take security and fraud very seriously, we have measures in place to detect and identify potential fraudulent orders. If your order is cancelled right after you submit it, chances are it's been flagged for fraud. If you email us we can explain exactly why it was cancelled.

8. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, did my order go through?

  • When we have high traffic, order confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.


9. Do you allow returns?

  • Unfortunately, we only offer exchanges. Please see our return/exchange policy for more details. Click here

11. If I checkout with Sezzle, does my order ship as usual?

  • Yes, when you check out with Sezzle we still ship your order just like we normally would if you paid right away. For more info, view here.
