EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. To cancel an order please email us at support@2ndtononeco.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped. Once an order has been picked and packed we are unable to switch items or sizes. Before placing your order, please make sure to double check you have selected the correct sizes, colors and quantities. Also, please make sure to entered the correct shipping address and contact information, email and phone number, before placing your order. We are unable to edit the shipping address or contact information once an order has been placed.
Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

EXCHANGES ONLY

2nd To None allows exchanges for up to 14 days from your date of delivery. You must also complete an exchange form prior to exchanging your item. Please contact us via email: support@2ndtononeco.com so we can email you the exchange form.

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY EXTENDED DATES

Orders placed during November 22, 2023 to January 1, 2024 will be eligible for an exchange until January 15, 2024. Products are eligible for an exchange only if products meet the return policy requirements below, NO exceptions.

• Products exchanged must be unused and in original packaging. Clothing and Hats must not be worn or washed and any tags must not be removed.

• Exchanges are fully issued as store credit. Shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be refunded less all applicable shipping charges.

 

EXCHANGES - SENT BACK BY BUYER

All exchanges are inspected and video recorded upon arrival to ensure the item that is sent back by buyer has been sent in all conditions that meet 2nd To None Exchange Policy criteria. All exchange video recordings are saved and will be shared to dispute all discrepancies.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting any item(s) before shipping back to 2nd To None for an exchange to ensure the item meets all 2nd To None Exchange Policy criteria.

Any item that is sent back for an exchange and is sent in a damaged, worn, dirty or unsellable condition by buyer, will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. If the buyer would like to receive the items back, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to have the item shipped back to buyer. If items are unclaimed within 30 days, 2nd To None will not be responsible for the item(s).


Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items Received by Buyer:

• Defective, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported to 2nd To None within 4 days of delivery.

• For damaged items, please save any and all packaging, you may be required to send pictures of package damage in order for a damage claim to be filed with the applicable shipping carrier.

• If you received an incomplete or incorrect item, please contact 2nd To None. We will resolve any errors in your order at our expense, including return shipping and re-ship fees.

• Defective items received will be refunded or exchanged based on availability. Any returns for defective items will be inspected by 2nd To None and full refunds will be issued for items confirmed defective.

You must contact the Manufacturer directly for any defect, lifetime, or money back guarantees they offer after the initial receipt of your product. 2nd To None does not honor manufacturer product claims, you must work directly with the manufacturer.

MERCHANDISE EXCEPTIONS:

Clearance - FINAL SALE / Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Underwear, Accessories, Jewelry, Electronics - Cannot be returned/exchanged.

Funko - If you are attempting to exchange a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. 2nd To None policy states that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the POP! Figure itself is unaffected.

Gift Cards - Cannot be returned/exchanged.

Blind Merchandise - Cannot be returned/exchanged.
